We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director specializing in Hematology and Oncology to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional care to patients with blood disorders and cancer. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations within the Hematology - Oncology department, ensuring quality patient care, and advancing research and development initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide leadership and direction to the clinical team in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with hematological and oncological conditions.

Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients, including consultation with surgeons, pathologists, and radiologists.

Conduct patient consultations, perform clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Participate in ongoing research projects, clinical trials, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Educate and mentor medical staff, residents, and fellows on the latest advancements in Hematology - Oncology.

Work closely with hospital administration to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.

Board certification in Hematology and Oncology.

Valid medical license to practice in the United States.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Hematology - Oncology.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in research and clinical trial participation.

Knowledge of current trends and advancements in Hematology - Oncology practice.
