We’re building a culture that celebrates backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of all our associates.The Clinical Sales Executive (CSE) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for building physician and institutional demand for Beckman Coulter’s portfolio of Host Response to Infection biomarkers in the hospital setting. The Clinical Sales Executive will work to understand the needs and objectives of physician and administrative stakeholders to establish the value that our diagnostic tools will bring in pursuit of patient care objectives.This position is part of the North America Commercial Operations team located in the Western United States and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.You will be a part of the Clinical Sales and Implementation team and report to the Clinical Sales Manager responsible for advancing Beckman Coulter’s market leader position as the diagnostics company that offers labs the greatest opportunity to impact patient care.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Work with a diverse group of clinicians from a variety of specialties to build awareness and support of our novel biomarkers throughout hospitals throughout the territory.Contribute to the design of novel solutions for patient care improvement by working with stakeholders in the hospitals to leverage valuable diagnostic information in unique ways.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of experience OR 7+ years of experience with a Master’s degree selling clinically within hospital settings.Experience with configuration of EMR, middleware, and healthcare IT systems in the emergency department.Skilled ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to multiple stakeholders from hospital staff to executive-level.Comfortable with up to 75% overnight travel.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience with laws, regulations, and hospital guidelines pertaining to emergency care of patients with suspected infection/sepsis.Experience with change management/performance improvement efforts.Infectious Disease sales; Emergency Medicine sales; Pharmacy initiatives.At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
