President & CEO
to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and impact in providing high-quality educational opportunities to Latino families in the Charlotte region.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in strategic leadership, operations management, resource development, and community partnerships. The President & CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving forward the mission with passion and dedication. Reporting to, and working with, a 14-person board of directors, the President & CEO will lead a team of four staff members.Compensation and Benefits:This is a full-time exempt position with a competitive base salary range offered between $80,000 - $85,000 plus an annual incentive bonus potential. LAWA provides a generous benefits package including employer-sponsored medical insurance, 401(k) retirement match, and PTO.A flexible work schedule accommodates both onsite and remote work.
