The firm has a strong public finance practice, specializing in various sectors including Healthcare Finance, Economic Development, Housing, and more. This role requires significant interaction with partners and clients, making strong interpersonal skills essential.Location:Houston, TXDuties:Provide bond counsel, lender’s counsel, and disclosure counsel services.Work with state agencies, municipalities, and governmental entities.Engage in public finance transactions across multiple sectors.Draft, analyze, and manage legal documents related to public finance.Communicate effectively with clients and partners.Requirements:3-5 years of public finance experience.Experience with bond counsel, lender’s counsel, and disclosure counsel.Familiarity with tax, securities, UCC, and contract law principles.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.Certifications:Active member in good standing of the bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.Skills:Strong drafting and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and matter management abilities.Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
