You will lead a team to execute marketing campaigns, manage brand assets, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.Job Responsibilities:You will develop brand copy and communication platformCreate and manage compelling brand copy that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging strategy.Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication platform to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.You will develop strategic alliancesIdentify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and equity.Collaborate with external partners to leverage opportunities for brand growth and market expansion.You will lead the development of advertising and creative contentDirect the creation of advertising campaigns and creative content, leveraging global assets and technology.Ensure alignment with the global brand proposition and maintain consistency across all AP markets.You will lead product communication and retail impactDevelop and implement effective product communication strategies to support product launches and marketing initiatives.Drive retail impact through targeted communication efforts, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.You will align guidance for corporate communicationProvide clear and consistent guidance for corporate communication to ensure it aligns with the brand's messaging and strategic goals.Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a unified brand voice across all corporate communications.Job Qualifications:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.You have 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.You have proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies.You have strong leadership and team management skills.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You have the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with external partners.You are proficient in leveraging global assets and technology for brand development.You are experienced in managing advertising and creative content development.Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
