Essential Functions Statement(s) Develop and manage productive and professional relationships with key customer accounts Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts Work with management to identify and incorporate new processes and approvals On boarding key work packages at Valence sites Obtain new business through sales leads and targeted prospecting activity Attend trade shows to promote the company's services and obtain sales leads Implement and maintain customer information and data in CRM Regularly compile, review and report data and status updates to EVP Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis Work and communicate closely with Valence site management to ensure proper problem resolution and customer satisfaction with assigned accounts Work with Management to develop annual budgets Support marketing activities as required Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred Experience: 7 plus years of experience in Marketing and Sales

WORK ENVIRONMENT Normal for an office environment with frequent visits to an the industrial environment
