Our client is seeking an experienced

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

to lead our marketing strategies in the rapidly evolving cannabis industry. This role requires a strong background in cannabis marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese. The CMO will manage a diverse team across multiple time zones, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth.This is an in-person role in Los Angeles, CAKey Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across various time zones.Oversee brand development, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies tailored to the cannabis market.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and regulatory bodies.Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the cannabis industry.Fluency in Chinese and English is highly preferred.Must have experience with business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) and e-commerce models.Be an SME in the industry, marketing to retailers and consumers.Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market research.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Compensation:
