We are seeking Product Support Specialists with strong expertise in C++ or Python along with proficiency in Javascript (Angular). You will support a data annotation tool, assisting users in resolving technical issues, understanding the product, and debugging code. Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll interact directly with users, often troubleshooting their code in real-time.Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for a data annotation toolUnderstand user issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutionsRead, debug, and triage user-submitted code (C++/Python + Javascript)Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issuesDeliver clear and effective communication to users in EnglishRequired Skills:
Proficiency in C++ or PythonExperience with Javascript (Angular framework)Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication skills to understand, explain, and solve technical problemsAbility to work in a shift-based environmentPreferred:
