Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, AI & ServiceNow Developer!In this role you would:Consult internal customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices.Be an individual contributor to project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI development using Service Portal and UI Builder, Workflow/flows development.Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences.Responsibilities:Manage ServiceNow instance upgrade and performance/security related tasks.Develop Integration components through REST.Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications:BE in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies.Exposure to AngularJS/React framework or experience on Service Portal/UI Builder.Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST, SOAP.Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.Exposure to AI/ML technologies and LLM models is a plus.Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software.Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time.Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions.Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery.Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.Preferred Qualifications/Skills:Proven team player and team builder.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Experience in designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
