opportunity in
Albany, OR . This practice offers clinical support that allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations, from the reception area to ophthalmic support staff.
Benefits: Competitive salary, supplemented with productivity bonus. Starting salary 250,000+ Productivity & Optical Bonuses Monday - Thurs 8-5 Fridays close early at 1 PM! No weekends. Full-time position Create treatment plans and coordinate ocular health care during patient consultations. Exhibit positive, responsible and professional leadership at all times, helping to create a great work environment for the clinic team. Provide Practice Coordinator and Practice Manager with any support they may need in communicating requirements to the clinic team, including mentoring and training team members in order to ensure exceptional patient care. Adhere to work schedule and devote as much additional time as needed to ensure fulfillment of duties and exceptional patient care. Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) Licensed in the state of Oregon Previous experience is preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon-to-be college graduates. Applicants pending the completion of education or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
