NFI North is seeking a Full-Time Clinician to provide oversight for our (2) five bed Residential Treatment Programs that specialize in providing the supported housing services to individuals transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home. These (2) program sites are located in Newport New Hampshire.
These new programs will augment our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with serious mental Illness (SMI) or serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and or complex medical needs. The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.
Responsibilities: Provide clinical services in a specialty program setting. Offer individual and group therapy and activities for participants whose mental illness can also be compromised by substance use, developmental deficits, neurological impairments, complex medical needs and legal constraints. Would act in team leadership role for a multidisciplinary treatment team; develop treatment plans, assessments, crisis management and coordination of therapeutic service and supervision of other disciplines.
Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field. Licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible.
