MUST be in possession of an out of state Imaging license in order to obtain Temp...non-licensed Imaging Tech will have to apply for the PERM NH MIRT license --- Temporary Licenses | NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification.**2 separate supervisory references at submittal & MUST from within last 3 years of employment.
3 total required during onboarding.
Certification Requirements:**ARRT**BLS (AHA)**NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
State License Requirements:**New Hampshire
