Home Health PT - Apple Valley and Surrounding Areas (Apple Valley, Lucerne, Victorville, Adelanto, Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan, Pinion Hills, Barstow and Helendale) - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 8hr Days (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*) - Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard) - Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience - First-Timers Accepted: No - Weekend REQ: 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract - Certs REQ: BCLS - Skills REQ: - Is on-call REQ? No - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No - Open to accommodating block schedule? Client agrees to pay all weekly hours; travelers will not be called off shifts SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. - System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
