Job Description & Requirements Medical Laboratory Technician - (Med Lab Tech - MLT) StartDate: 10/7/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1642.88 - $1892.88 Required Qualifications MUS THAVE TO SUB Facility Requirement: Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (address must be included in traveler's profile). Experience: Minimum two years experience Medical Laboratory Technician or relevant laboratory experience Phlebotomy experience required Traveler must have Epic Beaker experience Prior traveler experience required Licensure and Certification: Certified Medical Laboratory Technician by the board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists or similar agency preferred. Education: Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology required (education verification is required). References: Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years).
