Additionally, we support charitable giving with a gift-matching programme and foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment through regular team social events.RESPONSIBILITIESDirectors of Strategy Consulting at Stax play an active role in leading the firm's growth through strategic business development, revenue generation, project oversight and team coaching. Each Director is accountable for developing and growing several core accounts, bringing innovative and strategic thinking to the table and helping to foster a professional, results-oriented and collaborative environment. Directors serve as the face of the organisation to clients, and oversee and provide intellectual leadership on multiple engagements simultaneously.

Stax has developed a substantive base of satisfied clients over its nearly 20-year history. So while Directors are expected to foster new relationships, existing clients also provide fertile ground for expanding our services.QUALIFICATIONSMBA degree strongly preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

8+ years of experience with a strategy-consulting, strategic-planning/corporate-strategy group or a private equity/venture-capital firm required.

Proven track record in independently generating leads, sales and business in private-equity and/or corporate markets.

Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching and developing consulting staff.

Experience in successfully meeting quotas, deadlines and budget in business services environment.

Ability to initiate and expand client relationships.

Understanding of the current market and an ability to anticipate future trends/identify sales opportunities.

Knowledge of macro trends in climate transition and sustainability, and their integration with ESG-related business practices to enhance strategy, operational capabilities, risk management, and value creation across industries.

Strategic thinker with strong research, proven analytic abilities, and working knowledge of consulting frameworks.

The salary range for this position is between $300,000 and $350,000, plus discretionary bonus.
