As a Director Product Lifecycle & Master Data Management, you will play a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and transformation of Product Creation and Master Data space for Vuori. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and strategy to execution and enhancement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.This role requires deep understanding of product creation, product development processes, capabilities and technologies solutions to support the business teams in transforming their go to market strategies while delivering a comprehensive end to end master data process, governance, and ecosystem.The leader should be able to influence business leadership, partner with technology team and articulate a business value driven roadmap to transform the product creation space using innovative tools.Applying AI and analytic capabilities in product creation space will be a key differentiator. Ability to traverse the organization with top down and bottom up thinking of defining and enabling capabilities is critical to this role.What you'll get to do:Product Strategy Development:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap for product creation space, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.Requirement Gathering:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional teams, business ops, data scientists, and application teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for product creation space, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.Product Development:

Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements on time and within budget.Master Data:

Drive and execute an enterprise master data strategy inclusive of process and technology solutions by partnering with cross functional business teams and technology teamsData Analysis:

Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in product creation and product development processesUser Experience (UX) Design:

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for product creation tools, ensuring an optimal user experience for both internal stakeholders and external customers.Performance Tracking:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of product creation solutions, regularly monitoring and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadblocks effectively to internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and priorities.Market Research:

Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in product creation and product development spaces, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Organizational Transformation:

Partner with Technology leadership to transform the technology operating model with frameworks and best practicesWho you are:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of 3+ years of experience in product management & 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in the retail industry, with a focus on product creation and product development spaceDeep experience in apparel development required. 5+ years experience in enabling PLM capabilities in retail apparel/footwear spaceStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with product management tools such as Jira.Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.Our investment in you:At Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees:Health InsuranceSavings and Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffWellness & Fitness benefitsThe salary range for this role is $205,000 per year - $220,000 per year.
