Position Overview:
A leading eDiscovery technology and consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC is looking for a qualified and experienced Associate Director of Marketing. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with our sales organization and senior leadership to design, develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our company’s goals to drive growth. The ideal candidate has a knack for building relationships, thinks strategically and creatively, loves to set and exceed goals, and is excited at the prospect of contributing to CDS’s goals. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that support CDS’s growth objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation. Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and more. Budget Management:
Allocate resources to achieve marketing goals, monitor expenses, and ensure the initiatives are cost-efficient and focused on a return on investment (ROI). Market Research:
Conduct thorough research and analysis in the eDiscovery market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, and adjust strategies accordingly. Brand Development:
Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve measurable results. Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Proactive and Self-Motivated:
Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision, consistently seeking out new challenges and opportunities for growth. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. 3+ years of experience in marketing. Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and campaign management. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Experience with marketing automation tools, graphic design software, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. What We Offer:
