Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Manager or Director of Marketing to take a lead role in driving growth, brand visibility, and community engagement. This role is hands-on and pivotal to our organization, serving as the creative engine behind our marketing strategy while actively working to grow and nurture a diverse professional community.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that highlight our core product pillars and attract new members to our growing community. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs of high-quality MQLs and build out impactful sales enablement tools. This role requires a self-starter with a gritty, get-things-done attitude, capable of rolling up their sleeves to implement tactics and scale efforts as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our product pillars and grow community membership.

Drive the relationship between marketing and sales, ensuring the seamless transition of high-quality MQLs and creating effective sales enablement materials.

Own the end-to-end process of campaign creation, execution, and reporting, using metrics to prove success and optimize for growth.

Collaborate with various departments, including Member Services, SME Advisory Teams, Training, and Events, to support overall business goals.

Act as the central point for marketing efforts across key functional areas: member benefits, events, training, advisory services, and more.

Innovate and explore modern marketing channels, including social media, influencers, and content platforms, to enhance deployment tactics.

Lead segmentation efforts and target specific audience groups across different professional levels, from young professionals to directors and senior VPs.

Set personal marketing goals and performance metrics, analyzing and reporting on the success of marketing initiatives.

Hire, manage, and mentor additional marketing resources as the company scales.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record of developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Deep understanding of the marketing-to-sales funnel and experience working closely with sales teams to transition leads into conversions.

Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and content platforms.

A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to scale marketing efforts and hire/manage additional resources as needed.

Ability to segment, target, and market to a broad audience from young professionals to senior leadership, with tailored messaging for each group.

Experience reporting on marketing campaign performance and optimizing for maximum ROI.

Gritty, innovative, and willing to roll up your sleeves to test new ideas and prove out tactics before scaling.

Experience working in a collaborative environment, engaging with multiple departments and stakeholders to support company-wide initiatives.

Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing role.

Experience in community-building or member-based organizations is a plus.

Strong knowledge of CRM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and tools, particularly for lead generation, sales enablement, and digital advertising.
