As a Product Manager in Digital Enablement Services in JPM Access, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Uses data to make decisions that improve customer experience, business metrics, and product adoption.
Drives end-to-end execution of the roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation to deliver personalized features and experiences.
Develops and executes a personalization product strategy based on user data and insights in collaboration with Executive Director, Product.
Analyzes user behavior and other user feedback to optimize personalization algorithms and models.
Monitors and measures the impact of personalization efforts on key business metrics.
Stays updated with industry trends and best practices in personalization to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
2+ years of experience as a senior product manager or higher at a fast-paced, agile organization with experience driving product development from conception through launch, and scaled adoption.
Experience with personalization strategies and techniques for the purpose of curating relevant and individualized user experiences.
Working understanding of personalization tools, technologies, and methodologies such as machine learning, GenAI, data management platforms, recommendation systems, and user tracking and analytics tools.
Experience with data and data architecture in rendering personalized online user experiences.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making using a healthy mix of quantitative data, qualitative data, best practices, and product instinct.
Track record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric, and intuitive experiences.
Ability to manage a development team and be held accountable for sprint planning and roadmap definition within their assigned domain.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, evidenced by the ability to articulate impact and trade-offs at varying levels of altitude (from your immediate team and up to executive leadership).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
Experience influencing and collaborating with executive-level leadership.
Experience building products that address the needs of multiple types of users (i.e., marketplaces, e-commerce, multi-product platforms).
Experience driving product in a highly regulated industry.
Experience collaborating with other senior product leaders across an organization.
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy; you are motivated by figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.
Desire to inspire a problem-first mindset and work with leadership to continue "raising the bar" for the product organization.
