Create repair orders for customers and communicate with the service department.ResponsibilitiesPromptly meets and greets customersDetermines the nature of customer problems; may make road test or visually inspect the vehicleCreates Repair Order Request (ROR) detailing service to be performed or merchandise to be soldObtains customer approval for service before delivering order to service personnelReviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects paymentMaintains cleanliness of showroom and re-stocks display as neededPerforms daily cash/sales procedures at close of business dayComplies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulationsComplies with BAR "Write it right" lawDesired QualificationsHigh School graduate or comparable vocational trainingKnowledge of computerized sales and marketing softwareKnowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance issuesExperience using Mitchell Repair, Activant, All-Data and vehicle service manuals to research and determine the resolution of malfunctionsPreferred Experience:2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an auto repair store, auto dealership or comparable professional environment.Experience as a vehicle mechanic or lubrication technicianExperience in a high volume shop - We service 55-80 cars per day.Experience as a vehicle mechanic a plus but not required.Benefits and PerksExcellent Training and Development, WorldPac, SSF, and other classes paid forCompetitive CompensationFriendly Work EnvironmentTop Tier Benefits with 401k employer match, AFLAC, medical, dental, and life insuranceFamily centered, we all have kids and life outside of work and believe family time is very important.Compensation: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
