Known for its colorful murals, art deco, hip vibe, and Miami’s best nightlife scene, Wynwood is the city’s most vibrant district and is home to Arlo Hotels’ latest property. Launching its fifth hotel in the portfolio, Arlo continues to break ground with the first hotel in the Wynwood district. The 217-room property opened in November 2022 and features a spectacular rooftop pool, a lobby lounge, and various entertainment spaces.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for delivering unique, memorable, and world-class experiences, communication, and marketing strategies to our guests and partners while ensuring innovative and efficient operations. This role provides leadership and strategic marketing direction, contributing to the success of all Arlo Hotels Venues.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

Build strong partnerships with internal customers and outside vendors.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Provide account management and project management for brand and corporate initiatives; ensure accurate execution of partner and sponsor activations and events.

Assist in executing a comprehensive strategy for marketing department planning, including budgeting and evaluation.

Directly report to Head of Brand Marketing and work with various teams to ensure goals are met across each hotel.

Plan and coordinate on-premises events, ensuring accurate execution of partnerships.

Manage VIP and influencer exchanges, reservations, and general communication.

Work closely with the marketing team on advertising, social media, and email marketing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.

Monitor production of all accounts with partnership agreements and evaluate market initiatives.

Draft content and respond to brand emails related to communications and marketing.

Track and measure success of PR initiatives and digital marketing actions.

Monitor competitors’ programming and venue activities.

Provide reporting and success metrics data as needed.

Inspire and live the Arlo culture; communicate and act in accordance with Arlo Hotels’ core values.

Champion innovation and change; create an environment where creativity is encouraged.

Acquire and utilize consumer data and industry trends to drive tactics.

Manage activation processes and platforms for consistent execution across the organization.

Meet or exceed marketing and programming goals set by the Head of Brand Marketing.

Cooperate and communicate with Brand, Operations, and Property teams.
