Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 11 reorganizations.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Participate in bankruptcy litigation and negotiations with creditors and stakeholders.Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding bankruptcy and restructuring matters.Assist in creditor committee representations and debtor-in-possession financing matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex bankruptcy cases and appeals.Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school with a solid academic record.Admission to the Delaware State Bar or ability to waive into the Delaware Bar.2-6 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy law, with substantive Chapter 11 experience preferred.Solid understanding of bankruptcy litigation procedures and practices.Proven ability to manage complex legal matters with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the Delaware State Bar (or ability to waive in).Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Benefits Offered:
