is comprised of three competencies focused on advising corporate and private equity clients on all aspects of their capital agenda – Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing. ITTS is unique in that it is a joint venture between the Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines allowing ITTS to maximize market opportunities as well as the growth and development of ITTS professionals.The opportunityAs an ICTA manager, you’ll see plenty of recent growth and investment – and you’ll see that reflected in your career. The field of tax planning is constantly changing as new laws, regulations and technologies enter the fold, and this is your opportunity to be part of that development.Your key responsibilitiesDepending on your unique skills and ambitions, you could be managing various responsibilities, from technical planning and advising to global project management. You’ll personally coach and develop a highly trained team, all while handling activities with a focus on quality and commercial value.Skills and attributes for successIdentifying and answering complex domestic and international tax issuesProviding technical tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of projectsBuilding long-lasting relationships with our clientsBuilding and leading a dedicated client service teamConstantly developing your own knowledgeManage overall engagement, engagement economics and engagement teams across the EY global networkTo qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor's degree and around five years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experienceA US CPA license or US state bar membershipTax due diligence, deal-structuring, and post-acquisition planning experienceAbility to succinctly and clearly communicate complex tax concepts to clientsExperience managing budgets, projects and peopleWhat we look forWe’re interested in experienced tax professionals with a collaborative, client-focused approach to work. You’ll need strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize when working with multiple clients and engagement teams.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90,200 to $148,700. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.EY accepts applications for this position on an on-going basis.
