Wealth management services to these clients include: deposit, cash management, credit, investment management, and trust services.Business development of client relationshipsAdvises clients on wealth management and implementation strategiesManage and review client relationships on an ongoing basisDemonstrate intermediate to advanced understanding and development of all Wealth Management services including: consumer and commercial credit structures and solutions, financial planning, deposit solutions, investment management solutions, and trust solutionsDemonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilitiesFollows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific trainingMaintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job descriptionMay be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expertActively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and wordsTakes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulateEmbraces our vision to become “Business Bank of Choice”May perform other duties as assignedAbout You:9 years of Private Banking/Commercial Banking experience, requiredProactiveWorking knowledge of credit structuresFocused on client satisfactionAbility to work independentlyAbility to provide client solutionsWorking knowledge of bank products and services in order to cross-sellProficient in prospecting, building, and managing client relationshipsProactive in external and internal job functionsWorking knowledge in all job functionsProficient knowledge in other banking services offered by other lines of business to identify and offer qualified referralsWorkstyle:

Fully onsite.We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $97,953.80 - $139,934.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
