Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Corporate Law Associate on behalf of a prominent law firm in Burlington, Vermont. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1-3 years of corporate law experience to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding academic credentials, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. The associate will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate law, including entity formation, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.Duties:

Support senior attorneys in handling corporate law matters such as entity formation, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to commercial transactions.Conduct legal research and provide analysis on corporate law issues.Participate in negotiations and communicate with clients regarding legal and transactional matters.Maintain a strong understanding of corporate regulations and compliance.Work collaboratively with the corporate legal team to ensure successful completion of client matters.Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in corporate law, with exposure to areas such as entity formation, financing, and mergers & acquisitions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional academic credentials from an accredited law school.Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to providing excellent client service.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Admission to the Vermont State Bar (or ability to become admitted).Skills:

Strong legal research and drafting skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in corporate law and commercial transactions.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Compensation:
