In the role of Social Media Manager, your responsibilities include formulating and implementing our brand's social media strategy, crafting compelling content, guiding user generated content and overseeing our social media channels. Your main objective is to actively engage our target audience of small business owners and foster growth through effective social media marketing.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with our social media agency to oversee and execute our social media strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. This includes managing content creation, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.Manage and monitor all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and Tik Tok.Establish and cultivate the online community by actively engaging with comments and messages, fostering meaningful interactions.Collaborate with your content, design, and communications colleagues to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives. This involves creating compelling content, including skillfully crafted images, videos, and infographics, that is both creative and engaging.Use data and audience insights to monitor social media trends, track user engagement, and analyze performance metrics to make data-informed decisions.Stay up to date with industry best practices, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.Establish key KPIs to show the impact of social media on our topline goals.Prepare regular reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Work with the internal comms team to have a strategy for our Corporate social media and customer social media.Develop a targeted social media approach for each of our core customers – SMB, Brokers and agents.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. $90,000-$110,000This position is hybrid and requires 2 days in office per week based either out of our Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area) or Manhattan, NYC locations.#LI-RM1
