This is an exciting opportunity to leverage ADP’s unique data assets on nearly 20% of the private US workforce and shape the future of work.You will own the full partnership lifecycle including identification, development, negotiation, contract execution, technical enablement, business planning and growth. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about data monetization, startup culture and partnerships. The successful candidate will be creative in sourcing and evaluating opportunities, strategic in their prioritization and laser focused on driving measurable growth for the business. The work will involve intricate pricing and monetization decisions and negotiating complex contracts. This role will also support strategic initiatives for Data Solutions.To be successful, you will work diligently across ADP internal functions such as legal, security, finance, sales, product management, and product development to ensure partnerships are set up for success. Ideal candidates will have deep data monetization experience within the consumer financial services industry (e.g., banks, brokerages, insurance).WHAT YOU WILL DO:Identify, research and develop new partner opportunities that can generate significant revenue and strategic value.Lead negotiations on all terms and final agreements, including commercial terms, security reviews, privacy reviews and integration requirements.Continually evaluate industry and market trends to identify and build business cases for new growth opportunities.Display ownership across every workstream to deliver measurable outcomes from partnerships.WHO YOU ARE:Passionate about starting and scaling new businesses with appreciation for what it takes to be an “intrapreneur”.Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who is well versed in using frameworks and data to help structure and solve complex problems and is energized by the challenge of finding creative win-win opportunities for ADP and potential partners.Able to collaborate with and influence partners across and outside of the organization. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management. A high level of emotional intelligence, collaborative style, and solid judgment.Self starter who can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action. Excellent problem-solving skills. Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity. Demonstrates professional maturity and intellectual curiosity.Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong content creation and business story-telling / presentation skills.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development and strategic alliances.Minimum of 8 years’ experience in consumer facing businesses, with a strong preference for expertise in financial services / fintech, insurance, mortgages, and lending.MBA preferred.Experience with digital products and app based marketing preferred.
