Your Journey
Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative dutiesEnsure that all in-room dining orders are prepared and delivered promptly and according to guest specifications.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms hallways to ensure that in-room dining trays and dishes are collected promptlyInspect daily set-up, presentations and delivery amenitiesMaintain high standards of service and attention to detailDeliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW momentsMaintain a clean working environmentPerform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needsTake Restaurant Reservation RequestsKeep OpenTable up to date and book reservations strategicallyWork closely with the concierge on reservationsAbout You

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysAbility to collaborate in a team environmentOne year minimum of experience in Food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environmentComputer skillsLuxury hotel experience, a plusYou will Enjoy

Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending overAbility to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shiftAbility to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi -regular basis
