POSITION TITLE: Physical Therapist, Sports MedicineDEPARTMENT: Sports MedicinePOSITION SUMMARY: Assesses and treats neuromusculoskeletal & cardiorespiratory systems by physical or mechanical means to maintain or restore function that has been impaired by injury or disease, for pain management and for promotion of mobility and health as prescribed by the referring physician. Is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the plan of care for the person served. Performs and directs administration of all physical therapy modalities & collaborates throughout the process with the patient and their family and the interdisciplinary team.Job Requirements
EDUCATION: Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy.EXPERIENCE: None required.Schedule Information
Work schedule for this position is 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 10:00am to 6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday.Additional Details
