We believe in connecting everyone to endless, priceless possibilities.Make an impact as an Associate Analyst, Account Management: •Assist Account Managers in delivering against sales targets for Mastercard products & services and net revenue targets from existing and new business•Gain exposure to Mastercard's Sales Discipline Framework to identify strategic partnership customer needs •Assist with the development and reporting of regular senior management business updates. Works collaboratively across various internal teams to support a variety of business initiatives•Collaborate with Account Managers in designing specific strategies that drive customized solutions for the business that drive profit, revenue growth, and value creation for both Mastercard and the customer•Assist with creating sales presentations, proposals and internal business case development•Participate in setting marketing strategies and sales targets for products/services sold against customer's business objectives utilizing a strong understanding of issuer business models.•Assist in negotiation, execution and managing the customer contract agreement process, ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing.•Supports project execution across at least one business function (e.g., business development, advertising, marketing, product management)•Use analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analyses and solutions that satisfy business needs and inform strategy development. Leverages data tools to develop revenue and expense benchmarks and performance trends•Shadow Account Managers in building relationships with the third-party sales force of the processing and distribution partners to train them on the value proposition of the Mastercard partnership•Participates in project and team meetings, business forecasting and planning activitiesLaunch Program Components:The Launch program is a development program that is supplemental to the role and is designed to help you transition from being a student to being a Mastercard employee.
