Position: NetSuite Administrator Location: Onsite Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (plus comprehensive benefits) Onsite Fully in Philadelphia Up to $100,000 Salaried plus benefits No Sponsorship Available Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our NetSuite platform, ensuring its seamless integration with other critical business systems like Salesforce and Oracle ERP. As the NetSuite Administrator, you will support the business operations, finance, and sales teams by providing system support, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: NetSuite System Management & Configuration: Maintain and optimize the NetSuite platform, including system configuration, customization, dashboards, workflows, and saved searches. Manage system permissions, user roles, and access controls to ensure data security and proper functionality across departments. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems functionality through automation, customization, and workflow optimization. Integration & Process Optimization: Lead and support the integration of NetSuite with other business-critical systems such as Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP, and other third-party applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow between systems. Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design solutions that align with company processes and goals. Data Management & Reporting: Oversee data integrity, system maintenance, and timely updates, ensuring the accuracy of financial, sales, and operational data. Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders, supporting decision-making and business operations. Implement data migration, cleansing, and validation processes during upgrades, module implementations, or system improvements. System Support & User Training: Provide support and training to end-users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting of issues within the NetSuite platform and related integrated systems. Serve as the main point of contact for system-related issues, promptly responding to user inquiries and escalating to external vendors or internal IT teams as needed. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and assist with scheduled system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Best Practices & Compliance: Stay current with NetSuite updates, Oracle ERP advancements, and Salesforce CRM enhancements to leverage new features and best practices for system optimization. Ensure that system configurations and changes are documented and in line with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and quality assurance for system modifications and new implementations. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role working with NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, or other ERP/CRM platforms. Proven experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and workflow development within ERP/CRM environments. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including modules such as Finance, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Sales. Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, or similar scripting languages for workflow automation and system customization. Proficient in data manipulation, reporting, and analytics using Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, and/or other reporting tools. Basic knowledge of SQL, SOAP/REST APIs, and experience with integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft) is preferred. Other Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Certifications: NetSuite Administrator certification is highly preferred. Additional certifications in Salesforce Administration, Oracle ERP, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
