We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Our Clinic Manager, Royce Bowman, has been a Physical Therapist in the Houston area for over 25 years and is renowned in the Houston community for his practice.

*Job Summary*:The Physical Therapist or Doctor of Physical Therapy will evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions within the outpatient clinic setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and reduce pain. You will also provide education to patients on injury prevention, wellness, and maintaining physical health.

*Key Responsibilities*:* Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical conditions or limitations resulting from injury, disease, or aging.* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a variety of techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, modalities and patient education.* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.* Educate patients and their families about treatment goals, home exercise programs, and strategies for maintaining physical health.* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers) to provide comprehensive care.* Utilize therapeutic equipment and modalities as part of the treatment plan (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation, dry needling, IASTM, heat and ice).* Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes using WebPT and ensure compliance with clinic and regulatory guidelines.* Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques, research, and best practices through continuous education.* Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to clinic policies and OSHA regulations.

*Qualifications*:* Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.* Valid physical therapy license to practice in Texas.* Strong understanding of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions.* Excellent clinical skills with the ability to create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.* Proficient in therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care.* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.* CPR certification (Preferred but not required).* Basic Life Support certification required through the American Heart Association or other pre-approved accredited certification program.

*Preferred Experience*:* Experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, or neurological physical therapy.* Experience with specialized techniques like dry needling, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), or blood flow restriction therapy.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
