The Heart & Vascular Service Line at Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan is recruiting a full-time Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist.

Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan seeks a dynamic and experienced BC/BE Cardiovascular Surgeon to join their Cardiovascular Surgery team of 10 surgeons and three regional hospitals: Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital, Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital and Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly ranked and respected program performing the full gamut of adult cardiac surgical cases with a focus on patient centric, collaborative, collegial, multidisciplinary team-based care. In addition to excellent traditional cardiac surgical expertise, Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan is seeking a candidate with advanced training in robotic surgery, minimally invasive techniques and/or advanced aortic reconstruction. The ideal candidate must be team player with LVAD experience, high EQ, have a proven track record of clinical excellence, have exceptional communication skills, and possess the ability to function effectively in a highly matrixed environment. An academic appointment at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine will be based on interest and scholastic achievement.
