(Y/N): NoWill this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? YesRequired/PreferredYears of experience REQ: 2 yearsFirst-timers accepted: Yes, but must have 2 years of experience in ICULicense REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Must be in hand prior to start.Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIHSpecial Requirements: CRRT experience requiredTrauma Level REQ: N/AMiscellaneousOpen to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): This unit does self-scheduling, schedule is every 6 weeksLocal Radius: 60 milesLocals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rateRTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. No additional PTO will be approved after accepting the assignment. All PTO must be on the contract to be considered.
