Submission RequirementsNo candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will be considered - please include a copy in submissionMinimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma Labor and Delivery experience - REQUIREDMust have Labor/Delivery and Post-Partum experience - REQUIREDCertifications must be American Heart Association OR client and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIREDNo Nursys Hits - REQUIREDHospital will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Cannot exceed 7 days.Flu vaccination - Declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes.
