Sign On Bonus Eligible (Journeymen/Masters License Required)Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Lays out project work and ensures that materials, tools, equipment, etc. are scheduled in a timely manner to meet scope, budget and project construction schedulesAccountable for the on-site supervision of assigned construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel, in such a way as to ensure scheduled completion of projects within established budget, time frame, quality and performance standards, and customer/client satisfactionResponsible for safe installations, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of mechanical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the commercial industryAble to understand and utilize architectural or MEP drawings in the fieldAssists Director with recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunitiesAssist the sales group with estimating and proposal scopeSupports the sales group with site visitsAccomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standardsResponsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationshipProvides timely and completed documentation of work performedDrives company vehicle throughout service area while following all local lawsOperates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environmentRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED15+ years experience in the commercial industry; 5 of which must be in a supervisory roleJourneyman or Master HVAC License.Preferred Education and Experience:Experience with Data CentersOSHA 10/30 preferred#PM23Compu Dynamics Pay Range
