Join the top team on the waterfront, working for unrivaled compensation and benefits.Minimum Education:High School Diploma or GEDExperience:5,000 hours of professional scheduling within the past nine (9) yearsAlternatively, 3,500 hours with a Project Management Professional (PMP Certification)Abilities:Oral and written communication skillsUnderstanding of project lifecycleStakeholder impact analysisChange management controlScheduling terminologyProject management softwareSchedule documentation and reporting techniquesScheduling data management information systemsScheduling techniques to include resource leveling, schedule compression, simulations, Gantt ChartsQuantitative and qualitative analysis, performance index, baseline execution index, float analysisContract schedule requirementsPhysical Requirements and Safety Certifications:Occupation Safety Haz-MatCardiopulmonary ResuscitationSecurity and Work Locations:Work is primarily in San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA but you may travel for extended periods to other shipyards in the USA and to other Navy ports outside the USAYou will work at government facilities.
