They will leverage a full suite of marketing tactics to support campaigns across all segments of Public Sector including state, local, and federal government.LocationThis is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.The Main ResponsibilitiesDefine strategy; execute ABM plans and plays for 1:few campaigns to help drive intent and support funnel activity.Develop integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars, email, etc. to move customers through the buyer’s journey.Manage large cross-functional delivery teams that include complex activities, building strategic plans, driving teams to deadlines, and determining what levers need to be pulled.Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to keep the organization aligned on campaign goals, results, best practices, and learnings.Understand the surging topics that are influencing the public sector market and driving buy decisions; incorporate into efforts.Track and report on ABM plays results and use data to optimize results.Collaborate with peer campaign managers to share best practices, lessons learned, and accelerate process.Perform other duties, as necessary, to support the marketing team.What We Look For in a CandidateBachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience7+ years of related marketing experience; public sector experience is requiredVersatile marketer with experience leading account-based marketing tactics in a B2B or B2G environmentStrong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocationMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of Sales Leaders and cross-functional peer groupsStrong executive presence, presentation skills, and negotiation skills aimed at driving business outcomesAbility to adapt to continually changing priorities and aggressive project timeframesDemonstrates highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and management levelsCompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.Location Based Pay Ranges$94,420 - $125,890 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, SD$99,390 - $132,510 in these states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, MO, MT, ND, NM, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY$104,360 - $139,140 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI$109,330 - $145,770 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WAThis position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation.
