The Sr Engagement Manager provides critical, day-to-day support across project teams, the cross-functional organization, and the client organization.We rely on the Sr Engagement Manager to contribute to the growth of our company by building and improving existing methodologies, conducting internal training, and developing best practice improvements.Requirements:
10+ years of professional, project leadership experience5-8 years of experience as an Engagement Manager / Project Manager role with ServiceNow (professional services experience preferred)Project estimation experience and Budget ManagementAbility to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in complex environmentsStrong history of problem solvingProficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutionsApplications will be accepted until 10/4/2024.The annual salary for this position is between $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits:
