Sr. Data Product ManagerThis is a remote position. What we need now is someone with a passion for solving problems and driving actionable outcomes with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.In this role you will be responsible for bringing AI products and capabilities to bear at WEX. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, identify capability gaps, and then translate those needs into technical user stories for the data science and engineering teams.What you'll do:Deliver best in class AI experiences and enable capabilities that delight customers and win in the marketDeeply understand the customer needs to define the priorities and inspire the broader teamBuild the product roadmap, define user stories and drive tradeoff decisionsIdentify new products and features on the customer's behalfLead 1-2 collaborative teams to align on mission and deliver great results iterativelyLeverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform roadmap and achieve benefit, adoption and financial resultsCollaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business Leaders to drive scalable AI solutionsEngage in technical discussions to define a product strategy, create value, and impact the direction of products and the businessBe a trusted partner that can present effectively to high-level stakeholders, set clear priorities and direction, and build bridges across groupsDefine and analyze success metrics for both near and long-term product outcomesHow you'll engage:Strategic Mindset:

Brings a deep understanding of the AI market, applied technologies and domain expertise, with a curiosity and learning mindsetWhat you'll bring:8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a modern, AI-driven environment, or 8+ years of combined Data Engineering, Analytics, AI Product Management experienceUndergraduate degree in business, computer science or related fields, advanced degree is a plusUnderstand how features inter-operate within an overall product ecosystemA learning mindset to start developing hypothesis that are tested and iteratedExperience in building self-service, AI products from scratchStrong ability to find value and leverage across an enterprise of product offeringsHands-on experience with big data frameworks and modern AI technologiesData-driven approach for everything you do, understanding your customers, roadmap prioritization and measuring successAbility to work in an agile fashion with your teams: prototype, test, build, test, iterateAbility to nurture various projects in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocityThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
