13 weeksRequirements:Must have 1 year of Scrubbing experienceMust be registered with Washington StateGraduate of an accredited schoolMust have ENT experience (FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy in addition to soft tissue – thyroid/parathyroid)Davinci XI experience required (Gyn, Uro, General)BLS certificationFirst-time travelers okayCharting System: CernerNumber of Suites: 22, capability to go to 26 (on 3 different floors)Average number of cases per day: 50-65Common Cases: GYN/Uro/Vascular/Plastic/Ortho (total hips/knees)/Neuro/Cardiovascular/Thoracic/General (Breast/HPB/Bariatric)/Sports Med (Hand/Podiatry)/Kidney (or kidney/pancreatic) transplants, ENT (FESS), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy in addition to soft tissue – thyroid/parathyroid.
