is seeking an Executive Strategy Specialist to support the comprehensive development, communication, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the strategic objectives for the Information, Data, and Analytics (IDAS) Service Line in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agency's enterprise-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries, to producing engaging videos, to information technology management, to using social media to share NASA's message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA's communication to the outside world. In support of Information, Data, and Analytics Services (IDAS), the candidate will facilitate the development of a comprehensive strategy that enables the service line to effectively achieve, monitor, and evaluate the impact of service line offerings.Executive strategy support will require the candidate to engage with service areas and executive-level stakeholders in order to identify and assess the effectiveness of the projects, initiatives, and activities taking place across IDAS.Support will also involve the continuous monitoring and promotion of these activities to ensure there is service line-wide understanding and alignment with strategic goals and their associated timelines.The candidate will also be expected to perform data-driven, comprehensive analyses to inform recommendations that will result in improved service line performance, and modernization and optimization of service delivery.Additional responsibilities include producing impactful executive-level communications products that visualize the IDAS Strategy and Mission, developing and managing an IDAS roadmap that includes a high-level plan of action and critical milestones, responding to data calls to facilitate executive-level decision making, managing supporting documentation to report on the results of Agency level IT project management review boards, and analyzing proposals for future projects, initiatives, and activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Remote, hybrid, and onsite positions; the employee bears travel costs to the nearest NASA Center for badging and issue of NASA IT equipment.Minimum Experience/Competencies/Skills:

Extensive experience rendering complex concepts into impactful visual communications artifacts.Extensive experience interfacing with and delivering presentations to top-level leadership.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively deliver on customer objectives with minimal direction.Detail-oriented and critical thinker with the ability to prioritize and manage customer expectations across multiple, competing tasks/projects with aggressive due dates.Expert level experience with project management software.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lync, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box.Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and ITIL 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.ARES Benefits:
