We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our team and provide exceptional customer service at various events and functions. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you!Position Information:
Part-time, 16-16.50 hourly rate.Key Responsibilities:Review Banquet Event Orders to understand daily function schedulesPrepare banquet rooms for assigned functionsConsistently offer professional, engaging, and welcoming service throughout all aspects of eventsSet up, deliver, and maintain refreshment stationsMaintain appropriate levels of food and beverage itemsPerform all opening and closing procedures, including side work and cleaning dutiesSet up and break down buffets and other special food service tables/equipmentEnsure all doors and equipment are securely locked, everything is turned off and properly stowed, and keys are returned at the end of eventsDisplay knowledge of basic bar terminology and wine serviceReport equipment in need of repair or unsafe conditions to appropriate personnelQualifications:High school diploma or GEDSix months to one year of related experience in food service or hospitalityCurrent food handler card and liquor service permitExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changesStrong teamwork and cooperation skillsEffective communication skillsBasic mathematical skillsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
