Insight Global is seeking an IT Business Analyst for one of our largest financial clients in a variety of markets. This individual is dedicated to a team focused on a ServiceNow transformation. This team support 3 ITIL processes including incident, event, and problem management, as well as all the policies, procedures, and business referrals within these processes. This person is responsible for focusing on the transformation of the existing policies and procedures within the larger ServiceNow migration. On a day-to-day basis, this individual is responsible for knowing the processes and leveraging the data collected to gain insight in order to help with the transformation. This individual will be interfacing with a variety of teams and individuals, including the second-line-of-defense team This individual will have to present their findings to high-level stakeholders and needs to have excellent communication and presentation skills.
