Construction Managers and Estimators

Johnson Service Group (JSG) are currently looking for Construction Managers and Estimators for projects located in Casa Grande, Arizona. These are a contract to potential direct hire opportunities with one of the world’s most respected design, engineering, and project management consultancies.

The following assignments are immediately available:

? Lead Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Construction Manager.

Plans, organizes, and directs activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.

? Cost & Project Controls Manager

Manages, revises, and maintains status of the detailed project cost estimate/forecast to include all phases of project execution from design/engineering, material/equipment procurement and deliveries, construction contracts through start-up activities and closeout.

? Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Estimator

Analyzes blueprints and other documents and prepares detailed cost estimates. Performs
accurate quantity takeoffs of available design documents.

? Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Estimator

Analyzes blueprints and other documents and prepares detailed cost estimates. Performs accurate quantity takeoffs of available design documents
