Work with Product Managers to drive strategic and tactical initiatives in the Supply Chain and Order Management space for Facebook's AR/VR systems. 2. Triage production support tickets effectively, accurately and efficiently. 3. Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience. 4. Configure, setup and update applications in both EBS and Fusion. 5. Understand EBS and Fusion OM data models, write complex SQL queries and perform data analyses to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs. 6. Participate in source control and code review process, and provide expertise from a process perspective and help business design end-to-end processes. 7. Communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision-making within the team. 8. Track key application metrics, drives insights and builds dashboards to measure results against goals. 9. Identify risks within the business function, deliver clear documentation, and work directly with vendor support for escalations. 10. Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise engineering organization. 11. Lead and support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-outs. 12. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. 14.
