Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outreach programs to educate customers about the TruConnect program and provide personalized service recommendations
Assess customers for enrollment eligibility based on given criteria or requirements
Collect, analyze, and report data related to community needs, customer enrollments, and program effectiveness
Offer unmatched customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to enrollment
Work alongside the Full-Time Customer Support Associate team to create, review, and maintain enrollment documents
Promote our clients’ positive image in the community through effective communication and branding
Attend workshops held primarily for our Full-Time Customer Support Associates to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our client's services and goals
