Salary Range: $84,357.00 - $103,103.00 w/ up to 8% bonus eligiblity (paid quarterly)

The position will play a vital role in financial planning, including creating and analyzing business financials, forecasting, cost management, evaluation of business development initiatives/proposals, annual operating plan, and development of models and reports to support both financial and operational needs.
Leidos QTC Health Services collaborates closely with government and non-government customers to address current and future program needs within the health services domain. We specialize in disability-focused medical examinations, independent medical exams and review services, occupational health services, diagnostic testing, and case management solutions. In this rewarding role, you will:
Prepare and present monthly financial reports and analyses of key drivers of performance versus plan and forecastPrepare monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts of key financial and non-financial metrics, business P&L, and relevant balance sheet itemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and measure the impact of potential risks and opportunities to business resultsLead/participate in the development of the annual operating plan including related analyses, business justification, and management presentationProvide ongoing decision support to business partners through insightful, timely reports, and proactive cost managementParticipate in business proposal preparation including development of pricing modelsDevelop/optimize tools and processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and complianceAssist Accounting team in period end close processManage business hierarchy and financial information systems for planning and reporting.Help drive a strong culture focused on integrity, innovation, agility, collaboration, and commitmentPrepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as necessaryPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedHave strong analytical skillsHave extensive knowledge of Excel and other MS Office productsHave extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and financial conceptsHave strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple projectsHave excellent verbal and written communicationHave the ability to work in a team environmentHave strong customer service skillsHave leadership skills, with a positive/can-do/take charge attitude, and a sense of urgencyYou must have:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience/combined education.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel4 - 7years of professional level experience in Accounting/FinanceExperience with Acumatica or large automated accounting system environmentThe ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigationPrefer to have:
MBA is a plusTableau, Power BI or similar application experience is a plus
