The FP&A Manager will oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, financial reporting, financial analysis, and lead cross collaboration efforts with leaders across the business in procurement, supply chain, operations, marketing, R&D, etc.Client DetailsOur client is a manufacturer located in Cherry Hill, NJDescriptionDevelop and manage the company's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.Collaborate with department heads and senior management to establish financial goals, objectives, and strategies.Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, and assess business performance.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational data to provide insights into business performance.Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and potential business initiatives to assess their financial impact and viability.Prepare and distribute regular management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations to communicate financial performance, trends, and insights.Monitor and analyze financial results against budget, forecast, and prior periods, and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed.Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.Provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations.Participate in strategic planning sessions, investment reviews, and business performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and value creation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize financial planning and analysis activities.ProfileBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA is a plus!)5+ years of experience in FinancePrevious FP&A work requiredReporting system experience (SAP, Oracle, PowerBI, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience interacting with senior leadershipJob OfferSalary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00Strong benefits (401k match, medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, etc.)Long term career progressionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
