The successful candidate is willing and able to work in person and has a background in calendaring, legal filing in state and federal court, assistance with drafting pleadings, propounding, and answering discovery, preparation for trials and handling client callsDue to the fast past environment, it is necessary to be efficient, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize duties and adhere to company policies and proceduresQUALIFICATIONSTechnologically savvy including proficient in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with federal and state codes of civil procedure and litigation processesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalResourceful and proactive in dealing with internal and external issuesAbility to organize, prioritize, and work under pressureAbility to negotiate and problem solveCompensation: DOEEducation and Experience:Minimum 2 years complex litigation experienceWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
